Join us for a fun-filled, inclusive community celebration designed for children, families, and children with autism.

The Autism Family Fun Fest is a welcoming event that brings families together for a day of joy, connection, and sensory-friendly entertainment in a safe outdoor environment.

This event is intentionally created to be autism-friendly, with open space, engaging activities, and a supportive atmosphere where every child can participate at their own comfort level. Families will also have the opportunity to connect with local service providers, organizations, and small businesses that support children and individuals with autism.

Vendor Fees

Non-Food Vendors
$40.00

Non-food vendors are welcome to participate in this event to showcase and sell merchandise, promote services, or provide community information.

Non-Food Vendors Must:

  • Bring their own 10 ×10 tent, table, and chairs

  • Set up within their assigned vendor space

  • Display non-food items only

  • Comply with all event rules and local regulations

Food Vendor
$100.00

Food vendors and food trucks are invited to participate in this event to sell or distribute prepared food and beverages to event attendees.

Food Vendors / Food Trucks Must:

  • Obtain and maintain all required Food & Drink permits for the event

  • Secure approval from the Harford County Health Department

  • Comply with all state, county, and city health regulations

  • Provide their own food truck, tent, equipment, chairs, tables, and supplies

  • Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards

  • Keep their vending area clean and dispose of trash properly

Official Event Sponsor – $500
